Loan providers in the Philippines have come up with a not so new scheme to give a chance to Philippine veterans who have retired from service. In the PVAO loan, the scheme is to give cash loan in exchange for (usually) the bank account passbook or ATM where the salary or proceeds of the Pinoy veterans come in on a regular monthly basis.
